BeGreen – Biogas analyzer continuous measurement
Carbon Dioxide – CO2, Carbon Monoxide – CO, Hydrogen – H2, Hydrogen Sulfide – H2S, Methane – CH4, O2 – Oxigen
Biogas typically refers to a mixture of different gases: methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2) and hydrogen sulphide (H2S). In the biogas plants it is strictly important to analyse the status of these parameters, both to check control quality production and safety issue.
APT proposes the new BeGreen modular analyzer, which allows continuous monitoring of CO2 and CH4 (with NDIR sensor) and O2 and H2S (with electrochemical cell). Optionally, it is also possible to add H2S at high concentrations and H2 measurement.
The instrument has been designed to analyse various points of the biogas system (4 measuring points – expandable on request) where reliable and precise measurement data are essential for controlling and optimizing the production process.
The standard version of the analyzer has an analogue output 4-20mA and a RS232 data port (other optional digital interfaces).
Thanks to its rugged and compact design (IP54 Enclosure with anti-corrosive paint), BeGreen is also suitable for the most difficult and heavy industrial applications.
BeGreen can be easily installed and managed thanks to the integrated software, that leads the user in all analysis phases and ensures the complete data storage.
